These are the common questions we are hearing across organizations. There is a top-down push (and pressure) in organizations to adopt AI and show productivity, mid-level managers are pushed on either side, with anxiety hitting them from both sides – their teams who are looking for guidance on the ‘how-to’ part and upstream – the Executive leadership asking the ‘How-much’ question.
